Day 4 - Thursday 23rd Sept
6:30 am - Naked as the day I was born, I jumped on the scales (after a wee) as soon as I got out of bed.  I currently weigh 107.6 kg.  Off to work right now, so talk to you again after I've hit the gym tonight.
